A picnic pavilion with seating for 25-30. Rental use restricted to groups of 30 or fewer. Electricity available with rental. Charcoal grill on site, but no porta-potty with rental. Adjacent to open grassy area, half-court basketball court and playground equipment for users ages 5-12. Perfect for a child's birthday party. On street parking adequate to stated user load.
Note:
Rental fees are due at time of booking. If cancellation is necessary, you must do so a minimum of five (5) business days prior to your rental date to the office. With proper notice, refunds will be processed less the non-refundable $30 administrative fee.
